Differentiating Between Content Types

Article and Blog Post:

Standard content for website blogs or guest posts. This includes explainers, overviews, questions and answers, subject matter writing and more.

Guide, Review and Knowledge Base:

Tutorials, training, support guides, FAQs, step-by-step instructions, detailed reviews, comparisons and other types of guides.

Consultation, Communication and Uploading

Pricing includes communication, collaboration and feedback. Communication will be via email and Google Docs. Two rounds of reasonable revisions and amendments are included.

The initial consultation is free. After that, if you require audio or video meetings, these will be charged at an hourly rate. This includes Zoom meetings, Skype meetings, phone calls or anything similar. Collaboration via email or Google Docs is not subject to any additional fee.

If you need me to upload to a Content Management System, such as WordPress, I will charge an hourly rate.

My hourly rate for the services listed above is $150. This will be charged in $37.50 increments for each 15 minute block that I need to spend on these tasks.

Images and Screenshots

I can source images, provide my own or take screenshots as needed. I charge a fixed fee for each of these services as follows:

  • Providing my own images: $50 per image.

  • Sourcing stock images from free websites like Pixabay, Unsplash, etc: $25 per image.

  • Creating simple, unannotated screenshots of websites, products, etc: $15 per image.

  • Creating annotated or altered screenshots, by using a simple screenshot and adding notes, comments, or instructions to it: $30 per image.

Invoicing and Payment

I invoice at the end of each month for any work completed in that month.

Payment is requested on 30-day terms, so you will have until the end of the month following receipt of my invoice to make the payment.

I may require a deposit or prepayment for the first few times that we work together or for particularly large pieces of work.

Standard exchange rates will be applied if you would like an invoice in a currency other than U.S. dollars.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Paypal, Bitpay or Metamask.
